the problem with having the population double within 50 years and fossil fuel running low is that demand for goods is going to rise so fast that farmer will not be able to react in time and double there effort to keep up. with that being said it will be a big dilemma for the world future if we do not find a good alternative for fuel, and ways to keep the population at a manegeable number.
