John Jacob Jingle Hiemer Schmidt (Gender Question)

Having the knowledge of how a buisness is run, I know that you cannot be sued for hiring a certain gender. If a buisness is sued for this it, is easy to fight in court because you can simply say that the person you hired had the better requirements for the job. I don't think there is any jobs that are specifically for a certain gender. I just believe that women and men have different interests in the type of job they take and that is the reason for the segregation. Either gender can work for any buisness if they have the education and training required.

  1. I like your answer. I do think you could sued for gender discrimination, but it can be difficult to prove. -QE
