Well that is a trickier question. Some people just really aren't cut out to do the mechanics on their vehicle. It takes some kind of general understanding, schooling, or background from how you grew up, but even then people don't want to take the time to do it if they don't understand it enough or just don't want to. that's why we have mechanics though, it's a different concept than the little perks we get in our cars...this is kind of a necessity because some people can't or don't want to change the oil or diagnose what is wrong with the engine, ect.
