Brickbat (Harley)
The United States is a representative republic. Each state is a part of the republic and each state is represented by elected officials to Congress. Each state has its own government and is an independent sovereign government under the supervision of the federal government. It would take some research to determine if England was a representative republic or not. When you figure it out, please let me know.

Quinn told me that England would be a Democracy because they get to vote absolutely on everything and the parliment only has control because the voters put them there. Whereas in America our votes count for very little in the long run, because the states have the final decision. -HQ
