Inherently as in one recieves good or evil genes at birth? No. However, I do believe that any one being's mind and train of thought is shaped and highly influenced by their inherited enviroment. This statement may be interpreted as my agreement, however I am not agreeing just simply throwing out another idea. If one's parents are evil and lead horrible lives, yet they are adopted and turn out to be great folks is where my disagreement shines through. I believe that one's "evil and good scale" can also be self-interpreted, in the sense that one who comes from struggle, addiction, etc. could use this as a motivative force to succeed. Modern America tends to look at those who grow up in religious communities as good, yet a many serial killers who are generally categorized as evil are prompted to kill and perform evil deeds due to misconception of the Bible or other religious books.
I will now present my 2nd argument or Plan B for this question. Many quote "Money is evil." or "Money is the root of all evil.", when money is inherited. I for one, and most likely plenty others would say that those who are born into money (large, filthy amounts) are not forced to strive for what success and money they achieve. Many then move on to be evil and cruel business/political leaders whom care less for the good of the people and more for the well being of a business or bank account (evil).
