Brick bat (new question)

When you look up information on the web, how can you tell if it is reliable information or unreliable information?

  1. Good question. I look to see if the website, or any sources for that matter, includes sources. Than, I can follow those sources and check them out. -QE

  2. There are some things that can help differentiate websites. The suffix .com can be applied to anybody's website and thus they can put any information on there that they wish. But, .org and .edu in my experience have been better resources as they often deal with schools or research type organizations. -HQ
