  • she flew across the antlantic one year after Charles Lindbergh
  • went missing on her way back across the Antlantic

    Amelia went missing by Howland island in the Pacific Ocean. She fook off from Miami airfield June 1, 1937. She vanished one month later. She was 39 years old. It is theorized that she ran out of fuel. Liblady
